Updates....

Well, we've had a horribly busy and stressful couple of weeks. I am at that point where I just want to cave in. I am not in the mood to do my school...I'm not in the mood for the boys' school...nothing. I just want to fiddle around and do what I want, not what needs to be done. I
am starting to move all my sewing and crafting stuff upstairs which should help with the clutter level downstairs, but it's still horrible at this point. We do have a line on a wood burning fireplace insert, so that's great. ****gotta love them friends****. Had a blast at a baby shower can't wait for the baby!!! I got to renew old friendships, just chat lots with friends and not worry about the kids, or school, or really anything. It was a wonderful, intimate sort of party! Our new Sunday school class is doing well...we have 8-10 people in there every Sunday. I think it's really serving a need...there are a few more who could benefit but aren't coming, but maybe they will eventually...anyway, it's nice. I have been sewing pants for Carter. He doesn't do button or zippers or snaps well, so elastic is the way to go. Unfortunately, elastic pants in a size 8 are not that easy to find besides just Walmart sweats. Well, I got a ton of really cute fabrics from a friend and have been busily making pants for Carter. His new motto is: "No pickles on my burger, and no buttons on my pants!!" LOL! It's cool. I love that I have been able to give him his self-sufficiency in a small thing that adds to his dignity and abilities and he can still look cool too!!! Tons of dinos ***gotta love those friends!****
Isn't it cool how God just pumps us up when we get down??? I was all depressed about money this past week, and man, God stuck someone right in front of me that I could help. ..it helped me clean out my closet of clothes that don't fit me, fill her (and several other people's closets) with clothes that do fit her, and help me feel better to boot. Things like that will give you some perspective on your level of need too. Oh well.
Hope ya'll's week goes well, i'm planning on mine going better. Tomorrow we tie-dye!!! Woo hoo! I'm gonna make T-shirt with a cross tie-dyed on them!!! How cool, right??? Also gonna do some onesies for my friend having the baby! Cool! Little hearts dyed on onsies...can't wait. ***yea friends!!***
Love ya'll! Keep praying!!

I know...people who think church and outside fellowship with Christians is unneccessary have not experienced the right stuff, have they?! You take care. I'm leaving in 2 hrs. to tie dye for your baby. : )
